How territory exclusivity works
When a contractor claims a ZIP code, it's locked. No other contractor in the RoofDirector system can buy leads from that territory while the subscription is active. First paid, first locked â enforced at the database level, not just a policy.
Territories release 30 days after cancellation, giving contractors time to work their existing leads before the ZIP reopens.
