1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoofDirector ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and RoofDirector.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Service Description

RoofDirector provides enriched roofing lead data for licensed roofing contractors operating in Florida. The Service aggregates publicly available property records, permit data, meteorological data, and skip-traced contact information to produce lead lists for contractor use.

Data is provided as-is for contractor outreach purposes. RoofDirector does not guarantee that any homeowner will result in a closed contract or sale.

3. Territory Exclusivity

One contractor per ZIP code. Once a territory is claimed by a paying subscriber, no other contractor in the RoofDirector system may purchase leads from that ZIP code while the subscription is active.

4. Data Usage Policy

Lead data provided through RoofDirector is licensed for your direct contractor outreach use only.

Violation of this data usage policy may result in immediate account termination without refund and may expose you to civil liability.

5. Payment & Billing

All subscription plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on your billing cycle date.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access and territory lock through your paid period.

To cancel, contact [email protected] or use the cancellation option in your account settings. Cancellations are effective when confirmed in writing.

7. Refund Policy

No refunds on completed runs or active subscription periods. Once a lead run has been processed and delivered, no refund will be issued for that run or billing period.

Exceptions may be made at RoofDirector's sole discretion in cases of technical failure attributable to RoofDirector (e.g., zero leads delivered due to a system error). Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Territory conflicts resulting in a second-buyer refund (see Section 3) are processed within 5 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

RoofDirector is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoofDirector shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
